Universities continually look at creative solutions to achieve financial performance in student housing without compromising the student experience. To help Universities achieve this goal, Campus Living Centres provides Facility Management, Complete Administrative Support and Summer Marketing of accommodation and conference space.

Our Residence Life programming module continues to evolve under the leadership of our Director of Residence Life and the Student Experience and is an option for those Universities that require this service.

With respect to new residence construction, we have successfully negotiated long-term land lease arrangements with several Universities, and subsequently constructed purpose built student housing that we own and operate for the duration of the lease term. This solution has helped our post secondary partners with respect to student recruitment and retention, as suitable housing was often cited as a critical factor in students’ selection of a University.
