Campus Living Centres management scope involves every aspect of Residence Management from the physical plant to the student Life programming. A brief outline of some of our service is found below:
• Develop, Administer and process all residence applications deposits and fees.
• Administer all roommate matching and room assignments.
• Perform room inspections and audits.
• Residence Life Programming.
• 24/7 Front Desk Service & Security for students.
• Resident Room housekeeping.
• Common area housekeeping and custodial maintenance.
• Develop Rate surveys and recommend residence fees to our clients.
• Coordination of efficient move out and move in program including S.O.S program.
• Develop and implement Capital Planning and Preventative Maintenance Programs.
• Employment; all residence employees are employed and trained by Campus Living Centres,
including all HR functions such as payroll and benefits.
• Budgeting, prepare, present and adhere to approved budgets.
• Market summer accommodations to maximize revenue opportunities for our partners.
• Provide conference services management.
• Develop and implement student satisfaction surveys and report back to our clients/partners. |
