The building is located on the northern edge of the campus with a dramatic and commanding view overlooking the Thompson Rivers valley. The building is 11 storeys in height and it is a landmark feature of Thompson Rivers University when viewed from the City of Kamloops. The building is also conveniently located adjacent to the Campus Activity Centre which allows for convenient conferencing functions during non-academic periods.

The building accommodates 584 students in a variety of 1-bed, 2-bed and 4-bed suite styles. The uppermost floor also includes 8 premium loft units that are used by the University to accommodate visiting dignitaries.

The ground floor features:

• A controlled access point to the building
• Residence Life office/Meeting space
• Conference/multi-purpose facilities
• Large communal kitchen

A typical floor provides accommodation for 52 students and includes a communal lounge and communal kitchen on alternating floors.
