As one of Canada’s largest colleges, Seneca College wanted a landmark building which was built on the northwest corner of Highway 404 and Finch Avenue, which is easily identified by the unique colour brick which spans 15 storeys. This 1111 bed, all suite facility was built in two phases, phase I had 696 beds, while phase II provided an additional 415 beds. With great views from every room, privacy, and value added in-room amenities this residence immediately became the place to stay at Seneca College.

Each suite contains two private bedrooms with an oversized double bed, air-conditioning, spacious kitchenette complete with microwave and refrigerator, private three piece bathroom, telephone with local service, voice mail and high speed access to the Internet. In addition to the suite design there are numerous themed lounges, study lounges, games rooms, laundry room, and full kitchen facilities within the building.

On the east side of the residence, there is a full serviced conference facility designed to run all year with a combined capacity of 400 people. In the second phase of the building there was also the addition of a full cafeteria including seating and food preparation stations. Campus Living Centres oversees all aspects of the day to day building operation including, but not limited to the ‘Residence Life’ programming, room and room mate selection, front desk management, maintenance, housekeeping, financial management (including capital planning), and sales and marketing to all potential users.
