The site is located at the north eastern corner of the campus adjacent to Glendale Road extension. This is a high-profile site and provides the College with another opportunity to reinforce a positive image to the community. The building is 6 storeys in height and accommodates 101 suites (202 beds). The ground floor features a controlled access point, residence administrative offices, central lounge, group study room, multi-purpose space and facilities for building services and operations. The ground floor includes Programmable Space of approximately 2000 square feet for use by Niagara College and a Café of approximately 600 square feet. The typical floor-plate accommodates 28 suites (56 beds), a common lounge and a group study room. The design of the building also takes into account for potential future expansion that would provide an additional 62 suites (124 beds) for a total population of 328 students.
