Durham College is Campus Living Centres first client. Originally built as a franchise of Choice Hotels under the Rodeway Suites flag, Dacon/Campus Living Centres headed up the construction and design of all 3 phases. In September 2001 Durham College purchased the project outright.

The building contains 3 distinct styles of student accommodation and is an excellent example of how Dacon/CLC’s design has evolved over the years.

Campus Living Centres is responsible for all day to day operations including, but not limited to, Student Life, room and room mate selection, front desk management, maintenance/housekeeping, financial management (including capital planning), and sales and marketing to all potential users.
