| This facility was formerly the Howard Johnson hotel until purchased by Centennial College in August 2001. Campus Living Centres made many upgrades to the facility and its furnishings prior to the students arrival in late August of that year. The property features a wide variety of meeting and conference space, heated indoor pool, atrium, and restaurant. The Centennial College ‘Hospitality & Tourism’ program is based in the residence and students provide full conference and meal service to outside clientele. These facilities include 14,000 square feet of meeting space complete with high-speed Internet access and in-house audio/visual equipment. This allows for a complete conference or wedding packages being accommodated. Each room contains two double beds, compact refrigerator, microwave, private 4-piece washroom, large desk and work area, air conditioning, telephone with voicemail and free local calls, Internet data ports, Cable television and barrier-free units are also available.
