Colleges

Since the college system was introduced in Canada in the 1960’s, their role and scope has grown and expanded.  Campus Living Centres has worked with Colleges since 1990 as requirements for residence space has grown with larger enrolments and student catchment areas.

Campus Living Centres first development was with Durham College and we are proud of this partnership that continues today. Since then, we have added fourteen Colleges to our portfolio, where we either own or manage the student Residence.
