Campus Living Centres provides our institutional clients and partners with an all-inclusive turn key residence solution. Through experience Campus Living Centres has developed best practice policy’s & procedures for all the essential functions & services required to provide a self sustaining residence operation that exceeds the expectations of our institutional partners and student guests.

Through the development of a Residence Operating Committee on campus and our commitment to providing a residence experience, not just a place to live Campus Living Centres works closely with our institutional partners to operate seamlessly within the campus.

Campus Living Centres management scope involves every aspect of Residence Management from the physical plant to the student Life programming. A brief outline of some of our service is found below.
• Develop, Administer and process all residence applications deposits and fees.
• Administer all roommate matching, room assignments and work to mitigate roommate
    conflicts.
• Perform room inspections and audits
• Complete Residence Life Programming
• Complete Residence Life Advisor program including rigid hiring procedures and a 7 day
     training camp
• 24/7 Front Desk Service & Security for students
• Resident Room housekeeping
• Common area housekeeping and custodial maintenance
• Develop Rate surveys and recommend rates to Residence Operating committee
• Coordination of efficient move out and move in program including S.O.S program.
• Develop and implement Capital Planning and Preventative Maintenance
• Employment; all residence employees are employed and trained by Campus Living Centres,
     including all HR functions such as payroll and benefits.
• Budgeting, prepare, present and adhere to approved budgets
• Marketing; develop, create and implement innovative marketing strategies, campaigns and
    promotions for both the student and conference season.
• Provide conference services management
• Develop and implement student satisfaction surveys and report back to our clients/partners.
